Strapaziertes Haar ist porös und nimmt bis zu 3-mal mehr Kalzium aus dem Wasser auf (im Vergleich zu ungeschädigtem Haar), was zu einer Überdosis Kalzium führt.
Bei jedem Kontakt mit Wasser lagert sich Kalzium an und führt zu dauerhaften Schäden. Kalzium schiebt sich zwischen die Keratinketten und bricht ihre Verbindungen auf, wodurch das Haar steif, unbeweglich und brüchig wird.
An der Oberfläche lagert sich Kalzium auf der Schuppenschicht an, wodurch das Haar rau und stumpf wird.

8-prozentige Konzentration reiner Säuren

Befreien Sie Ihr Haar von der Überdosis Kalzium mithilfe von Zitronensäure , einer organischen Säure, die vom Haarinneren bis zur Oberfläche wirkt, um das stumpfe, starre Aussehen des Haars zu mindern. Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal for consumers for distance contracts/contracts concluded in the online shop

Consumers – i.e., any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity – may revoke their contractual declaration in the case of contracts for consideration under the following conditions:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

According to Article 16(1) of the Consumer Rights Directive, there is no right of withdrawal if sealed goods are delivered which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality. Exclusion or lapse grounds.

• for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts

The right of withdrawal is excluded for used hygiene products. Hygiene products are considered used if they have been used beyond the usual testing and trying out – as is possible and customary in a retail store. This also includes the removal of seals or original packaging that precludes the resale of the item. Hygiene products include goods that primarily serve health care, hygiene, or personal hygiene. Examples include hairdressing scissors, razors, hairpieces, brushes, combs, hair dryers, curling irons, straighteners, rollers, and hair accessories.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
