Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal for consumers for distance contracts/contracts concluded in the online shop

Consumers – i.e., any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity – may revoke their contractual declaration in the case of contracts for consideration under the following conditions:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

According to Article 16(1) of the Consumer Rights Directive, there is no right of withdrawal if sealed goods are delivered which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery.

Hygiene products are considered used if they have been used beyond the usual testing and trying out – as is possible and customary in a retail store. This also includes the removal of seals or original packaging that precludes the resale of the item. Hygiene products include goods that primarily serve health care, hygiene, or personal hygiene. Examples include hairdressing scissors, razors, hairpieces, brushes, combs, hair dryers, curling irons, straighteners, rollers, and hair accessories.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
